  • Tuition price: £8,750 for January 2007 entry; £8,850 for other start dates
  • Course length: Three terms (September to June or January to August)
  • Entry dates: January 2007, September 2007 and January 2008
  • Term dates:

    January 2007 start
    Term 1 - 8 January 2007 to 24 March 2007
    Term 2 - 16 April 2007 to 15 June 2007
    Term 3 - 18 June 2007 to 17 August 2007

    September 2007 start
    Term 1 - 24 September 2007 to 7 December 2007
    Term 2 - 7 January 2008 to 20 March 2008
    Term 3 - 14 April 2008 to 14 June 2008

    January 2008 start

  • Course structure:

    - Modular course, three modules per term (four modules in the last term)

    - Five core subjects and five specific subject modules (apart from Media Studies foundation which has four core and six route modules)

Assessment

  • End of module/term assessments: There will be a combination of examinations and assessments of coursework, presentations and extended essays.
  • Continuous coursework: Mixture of lecture classes, small group seminar work and directed self-study assessment

Entry requirements:

  • Academic: Good high school graduation grades or equivalent
  • English: IELTS 5.0; TOEFL 500 (173 computer based test) or equivalent
  • Age requirements: Students must be at least 17 years old on entry to the ISC
